Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from Dalaman Transfers and Car Hire.
- Pricing: Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and local taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant fuel price increases or local tax changes.
2. Airport Transfers
- Flight Delays: We monitor flight arrival times at Dalaman Airport. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you at no extra charge.
- Waiting Time: For arrivals, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the flight lands. For departures, the driver will wait 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
- Passenger Capacity: It is the customer’s responsibility to book a vehicle large enough for their group and luggage. For safety reasons, we cannot carry more passengers than the vehicle is licensed for.
- Cancellations: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge.
3. Car Hire
- Driver Requirements: All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required if your license is not in the Latin alphabet.
- Insurance: Our cars come with [Insert: Full / CDW] Insurance. This does not cover damage to tires, glass, or the interior of the vehicle caused by negligence.
- Fuel Policy: Vehicles are typically provided with a certain amount of fuel and should be returned with the same level. No refunds are given for excess fuel.
- Geographic Limits: Vehicles are for use within Turkey only and may not be taken across international borders.
- Accidents: In the event of an accident, a police report (Kaza Raporu) MUST be obtained immediately, or the insurance coverage will be void.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payment: We accept cash on arrival (GBP, EUR, USD, or TRY) or secure online payments via our website.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
